i had booked my job with another carrier, and they never showed up[ and no one would answer the phone. i remembered that i had received an e-mail from united car transport saying that if my vehicle was not picked up to call them. i did, and they came through for me BIG TIME!! i spoke with barbara, who set up my move. within 2 hours she called me back and told me that they had a driver. gave me the name, phone # and dates of pickup and delivery. The whole move went very smoothly. The driver, Alex was super.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing honest and dependable service for moving their vehicle.
