OUTSTANDING HELP BY MARK (DISPACHER)

MARKS hard work prevented me from having a STROKE. It was pure hell. I was told that I would get a call when driver was in the area to pick up car. Never happened, Wasted a full day waiting for driver. Called Mark he was able to get a hold of driver who would not answer phone and set up for pick two days later. Then 8 days later at 8pm pacific coast time received a phone call that driver had car and was in a city 5 hours away and would like to drop car off. I did not see message until Saturday morning, Called 20 or more times until Monday at 9:30am. I got a hold of driver that I called on Friday and told me that he dropped it off. Did not know where it was. Tried calling the company that pickup the car, but they would not answer the phone. I had been calling them all weekend as well. I finally called Mark. Mark had given me the name of the driver and received my car 3 hours later. DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT MARKS HELP. If I am told to expect a call 24 to 12 before they arrive then do that. Not that just call and say I want to drop off now where are you, and then when you call back say it's not my problem that you did not answer phone. Any way. I have my car, which was the goal, and Mark made it happen. He does not get paid enough to deal with this crap. It put a lot of unnecessary stress on me. Mark has to deal with customers and the drivers. Thank you so much for having Mark help me.
