I just wanted to say the dispatcher I was working with (Roman) was very kind and took time to answer all of my questions. Everything he stated about how this process works and I would be billed was correct. I received constant written communication for this company (Roman) whenever I updated information.

Once driver was found to transport my vehicle I was called to be given the number, name of company and the name/phone of driver. The Driver called me just to say hi and confirm pick up location and drop off state. He also told me to call him if there was any problem, concerns, or questions. Before my vehicle was picked it up both the driver and person given the keys went around the vehicle to note it condition. It was picked up on Wednesday and arrived in NY for drop off at 9:30am on Friday. Another inspection was done final payment was made and I was a happy camper.

Let me tell you that I was very nervous about sending my vehicle like this. After all there are crooks and scam artists everywhere, but between Roman (dispatcher) and Mark (transport driver) I know if I every need this done again who I am calling... United Car Transport. ... after all reasonable down payment, reasonable price, and great service.
