I was confident in this company after reading many reviews. I was shopping around for rates and reliability and I got a pretty good quote from this company. About a week later when I was ready to ship, they informed me that the cost had gone DOWN and could offer me an even better deal! I checked out the reviews and became even more confident in their services. I would've definitely given this a 5/5 if the driver hadn't been a day late. Pick up was on a weekend, so even though he was late, it didn't affect my schedule, it just made me a little concerned. As a customer, I would say to allow for a 1 day buffer for pickup, just to avoid any surprises. But the car arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. My car was in the SAME exact shape as when he picked it up. I was extremely pleased with the communication from George (who quoted me) to Chris (the Driver). Both were professional, friendly and easy to reach. If I need to ship my car again, I would surely use this company again. I will also recommend my friends and family to speak directly with George and request to have Chris drive. I'm very pleased with the service! Other than the late pick up, this service was perfect! Chris showed true care and concern for the handling of the vehicle which was very reassuring. He was also knowledgeable of the drop off area, so we were able to coordinate and meet up very easily. I understand everyone's experience is different, but I truly had a great experience especially in comparison to horror stories I've heard from other companies. I definitely recommend United Auto Transport.
