I was extremely impressed with the customer service, accuracy of timing, and a company that stood by their word. I was very skeptical of using a shipping company, I have never used one before and after reading horror stories on some of the other companies reviews that put me in a worse state of mind, but when I spoke to Natalie, she was very polite, informative and assured me that everything would be OK. After reading their reviews and comparing them to other companies, I decided to sign up with them at which time I spoke to Joe, he again assured me that everything would be handled accordingly. He told me that once the car was picked up it would take approximately 2-3 days for me to receive it, he also worked on getting a good price for me. It was picked up from New York on Saturday morning and amazingly enough I received a phone call Monday morning from the driver telling me the car will be ready for pick up in Georgia by that afternoon, which was much earlier than I had anticipated. I thought since most people tell you that it would take 2-3 days to receive your car it would actually take 3-5 days before I would get it, but this was not the case, I got it when I was told I would get it. After receiving so many different quotes from companies, the #1 reason I took interest with this company, was because when Natalie originally called me, she was the only person to say to me "HOW CAN I GET YOUR BUSINESS?" and was willing to negotiate. NO other company EVER said that to me. KUDOS to United Auto Movers and if I ever have a vehicle that needs to be shipped or know of anyone who needs their vehicle shipped I would definitely refer them.
