Before contacting United I called multiple carriers all were willing to transport my 2008 FORD FOCUS from California to Brownsville TX. Order was placed national board to locate drivers. To my surprise all carriers I called couldn’t get the car from San Antonio to Brownsville. After three days of frustration I called United Joe was very straight forward no run around he said “ Pittsburgh CA to San Antonio TX transferred another truck on to Brownsville” I waited one day to let the others have chance………..Nothing called back Untied car was pick-up and on its way Thanks United
