I originally contacted them and it was a short phone conversation and I agreed to the terms and agreed for the deposit. This was Thursday. They said they could pick the vehicle up Friday. Friday rolls around and then Saturday then Monday then tuesday with calls in between asking what is going on.. Between me and the car dealership we called 6-7 times asking details about pickup and they just kept lying saying they would make a call and get back to us. NEVER DID. I ended up wasting nearly a week with no calls back. Horribly unprofessional. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dont bother with these time wasters.
