This issue has been settled and the customer has been fully refunded. Secondly, the customer has been extremely disrespectfull and making threats towards our employees and others who are trying to help him. As posted below, these are emails the customer has been sending us and he wants us to help him?

EVERYTIME YOU LOOK AT YOUR CHILDREN I HOPE YOU REALIZE YOU FAILED THEM AS MEN AND AS HUMAN BEINGS." Third, United Auto Logistics is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
