Horrible experience! Never use these clowns! SCAM!

This "company" is a joke. Horrible customer service and horrible trucks and drivers. The car was to be picked up on Friday and the driver shows up on Wednesday. The site says 7-14 days to transport and the driver is there in 3. Not a problem if we were there to receive the car, but we were told 5 days, and as we too were driving with a trailer, we expected to be there around the same time. The driver was rude and actually threatened me. The driver held our car hostage for 3 days and wanted another $90 for "storage". What a scam these guys have going. Oh, the best part is, some 3rd party guy shows up at a truck stop DRIVING my wifes car, unauthorized! The guy who's driving the car is the same guy that supposedly owns this "storage" company that doesn't have a legal business name, etc. Go figure! Nice scam guys! Oh, and when my wife was calling the company directly, this Damien and Pete guy, who have ficticious titles, were absolutely rude with her and hung up on her numerous times.
The best part of the story is, we have pictures of this "guy" driving my wifes car and the voicemail in which the driver is threatening me. Nice!
I think a judge is going to find this transaction real interesting!
The moral to my story... do yourself a favor and NEVER call this company for anything. Just look at the reviews. I'm not so sure they will be in business too much longer.
Oh, and the $20 discount??? Yeah right! We never saw that either... Another nail in the coffin guys!
