When I was deciding to ship my car, Michael from United stood out among many because of his honesty and knowledge of the business. When I finally made my choice, I wasn't disappointed. Michael kept me informed leading up to the driver assignment and kept in touch with me during the entire process. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service and would recommend United to others that are looking for a company they can count on. I would certainly use them again.
