Scheduled them 2 weeks prior to pick up date. Said they would call a couple days in advance to give more info on driver etc. I received an email from a different company about a week before pick up warning me that they were not trustworthy and that I should change services. I figured they were just trying to steal business so I called Jason and he guaranteed me that the car would be picked up on the correct date. The day came and I never heard from their dispatch. I had a flight out that day and I had informed Jason that I absolutely needed the car picked up. Didn't happen. I had to leave my $70,000 car in FL with the keys in it for anybody to steal. Ended up cancelling with this company and finding a different one.
