Explained the process to me and how the price affects the interest in my car. I had a non-operational truck located in middle Kansas. I was kept well informed of the status of events. The carrier that picked up my truck had several mechanical issues with his truck, which resulted in a late pick up and delivery. This was not broker's fault and was not a big deal. Very good company. I would highly recommend it.
