My overall experience with Kurt he was good. He was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the carrier that was selected was poor at communicating. The carriers name and number was provided to me; on the day of pick-up my husband called the carrier and the she said that our van would be picked up between 10am and 12pm. The carrier did not arrive until 5pm that evening. ETA of van was Friday; the van did not arrive that day and the carrier did not call until the following day (Saturday) to let us know that the truck had engine trouble. Upon speaking with the driver (on Saturday) she said that she would deliver on Sunday. Again (Sunday) the van did not arrive and no phone call was made by the carrier. Finally mid-day Monday the van arrived at its destination. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this business Kurt had no more information of the location of my van then I did. Kurt was generally available and if he was not, he called me back quickly. I would use Kurt again. For those of you new to the transport world timeliness of the carrier I had was not a priority, so keep that in my when your waiting for your carrier.
