The overall process was very good. Kurt was excellent and the pickup was the same day the order was placed. The only small issue was that the drivers tail light trim was ripped out of place and mangled, but easily fixed. Considering my truck was stuck on the side of the road many states away from home, it is a small price to pay. Overall, I am very pleased.
