Kurt Stephenson from Unique Auto was able to connect me with VIP Haul of West Springfield, MA, on a short notice after the original carrier had pulled out on their commitment in the last moment. Kurt was very professional, thorough, and careful to explain the process to me so that my expectations were set correctly. His competency gave me confidence that my car will be picked up on time - which was important to me - and delivered safely. He followed up as well while the car was being transported and after it was delivered. If I have to move again, I will definitely go back to Kurt to help me with transport my car.
The carrier which ended up transporting my car was VIP Haul. They were available on short notice, and reached me on the weekend to arrange the pickup even though they were officially closed. They were exactly on time to pick up the car, they were very efficient in loading and unloading, and called ahead of time to schedule the delivery. Best of all, they delivered the car from Massachusetts to California in 7 days, and at a very good price, in enclosed carrier. So, everything worked out very well. I would use both companies again.
