"Unforgettable experience! These two words are not enough to express what a genuine American business means.

In a few words: I had to bring a Dodge Charger from NH to CA. I went to Google and a found a site, in a couple of hours I received 10-15 e-mails and many phone calls from companies acting in this field.

Unfortunately I choose a wrong one, Dream Auto Transport delayed me for five weeks (from November 20th to December 27th) , took a down payment and did not provide the service they promised. I ended up, on the 27th of December having to check out the list of companies which sent me their quotes in early November. I'd randomly choose, Unique Auto Transportation, and I hit the jackpot. I sent an e-mail to the contact person in the quote.

Alex, called me back in the next 10 minutes. I could not believe somebody was willing to work during the period of December. I explained my case and she had enough the patience to explain to me how this business works and what mistakes I made. She helped me with advice and then proceeded to solve my case.

On the 28th she called me and explained that the car will be picked up on 29th or 30th. The car was picked up, as she promised and delivered within 7-10 days. For me, after five weeks of lies, it was unbelievable, taking into account the New Year, celebration, etc.

After seven days I received my Charger, in good condition, transported in an enclosed truck.

I was very satisfied with the service.

Regarding Alex all I can say beyond the fact she is a professional, she was very friendly and patient.

I am sorry I do not know very well English in order to be able to express all my experience with Alex and Unique Auto Transportation.

I will definitely recommend this company to anyone "
