Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The price quoted was fair and far cheaper than driving my large SUV across country - in gas alone, never mind hotels, etc. She kept track of the shipper for me including on the day of delivery. I considered the price very reasonable. And Alex was a super negotiator.
Alex was also very patient with my concerns and extremely diligent regarding my rather restricted window for pick-up. The car arrived safe and sound with just a bit of road dust on it - no more than it gets on multiple trips to my barn.
