From start to finish it was an uneasy experience! To start they called me the day that they scheduled to pick up my car and told me that the other two cars that they were to pick up backed out and that it didn't make sense to pick my car up... Hummm, ok. They rescheduled for the following morning at 9:30am. In the mean time my broker calls me and tells me an entirely different story. That the truck had broken down and its breaks weren't working. I immediately called UPT back and called them out on the carpet. Come to find out, the first line they had fed me was a bunch of trash! They sent a local Wrecker the next morning that then hauled my car to LA where it sat for two days before it was loaded. The driver that they loaded my car for, Mr. Kim, hardly spoke a lick of English. He called me twice and both times it took 15 min. to figure out what he was saying.

Did my car arrive on-time and without damage? YES however dealing with UPT was a nightmare!
