From start to finish, our representative was Kassi. She answered all of our questions before, during and after our initial phone call. Offered us several options, and kept in contact with information all the way to the delivery of our vehicle. We will never use anyone else. Just a note: we had other transportation companies call us and talk bad about the company but we stayed the course and were glad we did. Price and customer service was beyond professional. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a 12....thanks for making our experience comfortably smooth.....
