From the beginning I spoke with Irene and she was very polite and professional. She explained the process to me in detail and I knew what steps I needed to take. Although it took awhile for me to finally get ready to move, everything was in place and ready to go. One young lady I spoke to, I believe was Christine told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and that Saba did not work there. He actually works with a company contracted with them to dispatch the drivers. Saba was awesome, he stayed in touch with me and provided excellent communication regarding next steps. Once I was informed who my driver was, I was provided his name and contact information. Renzo communicated with me throughout the process. He was at my neighborhood for pickup standing outside waiting for me and my cars and the same when I arrived at my destination. He was here the next day. He called me ahead of arrival time and when he arrived. Both of my cars were off loaded and parked waiting for me at the front gate of my neighborhood. Thanks so very much Renzo, Saba, Irene and Jeff. My cars were picked up on time as promised and delivered on time as promised. Great communication throughout the process which made this transition easier. Thanks to all at Ultimate and the team who helped. The driver was amazing. Definitely recommend their services.
