I was not totally happy with Ultimate Transport. I was promised delivery within 48 to 72 hours. With only around 12 hours left I finally received a call telling me the truck that was supposed to deliver my Van broke down and was being repaired. They could still make the delivery, but it would cost me another $100. It sounded like bait-and-switch to me. I was not notified until the last several hours. I didn't buy his excuse. When I refused to pay any more he said it would be the end of the following week before they could deliver. I refused to pay the full amount, but told him I would pay half ($50). The person I was dealing with finally agreed, and cut his portion by $50. So I did get the delivery, but had to pay an extra $50 above the original quote. The delivery men were very nice and I would rate them a 5 Star!
