Joe who I talked to about my quote was very nice, helpful, and understanding. The dispatch people were nice. When calling to get information on the eta, they can only tell you estimated pickup and estimated drop off date. They did try to get in touch with the driver. The driver did call and text me to keep me up to date. You just have to be patient with them. My car was picked up on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday from Texas to Nebraska. This was my first time having my car transported.
