The overall experience was average, the car was supposed to be picked up at 2 to 3 in the afternoon on Sunday which I had somebody waiting by then we get a call later on that I wouldn’t be picked up until eight or nine at night which made it extremely difficult. They finally picked the car up at 8:30. I called later on on Monday to see where the car was they said it was in Virginia which it was being delivered to Tennessee and they said it would be there Tuesday morning. Then I called on Tuesday to see where the car was and what time it would be getting here in Tennessee and they told me the truck is broken down in Connecticut which was a totally different story than I was given the day before!! Finally I got a call saying the vehicle would be delivered on Wednesday between eight and 10 o’clock which the car did arrive at 9:30 and in good shape.
