So everything went pretty smooth with the transport, my vehicle actually arrived a day earlier then they said which was absolutely fine. I did have one simi complaint. I called the number that was given to me to call if I had any questions, so I called the day before the vehicle arrived. The question I had was can the driver take cash app as a form of payment? The young on the phone must not have understood what I was saying and sounded frustrated. She but me on hold for a while came back and told me she would call me back. That never happened and I had to pay with cash which was ok but had she called me back I could have just downloaded the app and save that trip to the bank. Just do what you say you’re going to do and all will be great. Thank you and I will definitely use you guys again if needed but I did want to share my experience.
