Overall, a decent experience having transported my car for the first time over 1200 miles. Ultimate Transport 123 communicated decently and understood my situation, making notes for the carrier. I was slightly disappointed that the enclosed carrier was a ramp and not a lift, but the car was handled ok. The pickup place for the end destination was difficult, since I moved to a new area and was unfamiliar with it myself. Where the driver wanted to deliver was not a good spot, as a police officer happened to pass and told us to move elsewhere. However, all was managed, and I'm very happy my car had no damage or issues.
