Morgan from ultimate transport 123 helped me ship our car from Washington to Texas. There are multiple parties involved in shipping a car, and as someone unfamiliar with the system it is inherently stressful. Communication is key and He was great at keeping me updated. Our car got picked up and delivered within 24 hours of the window provided. Given I’m in a big city, they provided a pick up/drop off location about 10 minutes away where their big truck could fit- so have someone around to pick you up from there! Shipping our second car with them soon.
