after engaging this company through their representative Ted Alex my car was assigned to a hauler that met our time table and a fair price. We had some delivery requirements for the car in NY, After the dispatch was placed and engaged for pick up the hauler at the last moment (on the pick up day) declined the agreement . This company , and especially my representative Ted Alex , worked to salvage the ship window with a last minute agreement which increased the cost of the haul but reduced their commision since they staated and in fact did not increase the charge to me but absorbed the loss This is the example of a first class company
