Transport 123 lied to me from the beginning. They are swindlers and will say anything to get your money. I needed a transport for a specific day, a Monday, as I had to be back home Tuesday for work. Their csr guaranteed to me they had drivers in NC waiting for contracts so it would be no problem for them to pick up my vehicle and deliver it back to my home state. Saturday, I receive a call from Seth( an independent contractor), who explained to me that he would be able to get my vehicle Tuesday. Seth is a great transporter, by the way, he did everything he was supposed to do. Everything!!! But I called Transport 123 back after talking to Seth. They told me Tuesday was the best they could do. Okay cool, what choice do I have at this point. I have already paid my deposit. I have to use another day of vacation($500) and stay in my hotel room another day($(150). As I said, Seth(Independent Contractor) did everything he was supposed to do. He kept his word about everything he did. He kept me informed about pickup windows, dropoff times, everything. Meanwhile, Transport 123 is trying to bribe me with $25 and a $50 coupon that would NEVER be used for a positive review... Hello, I am Ellie. Thank you for choosing Ultimate Transport 123.
