I never shipped a vehicle before. I went on line just to see what it would entail and was slammed with brokers wanting to transport my vehicle. A little overwhelming at first with brokers saying they had a truck on that route and could pick it up today and I need to reserve my spot. I then spoke with Chelsie from Ultimate Transport 123 and she explained how it all work and what every step would be. I contracted with them to ship my truck. She answered every question that popped up and the communications was excellent. Once a truck was assigned (Denis King LLC) they were in communication with me the whole time also. Their response to text messages were immediate. They picked the truck up within hours, even out on the farm in the middle of nowhere. They delivered the truck as expected within 24 hours for the price Ultimate Transport 123 told me it would be and not a penny more. Excellent experience I would definitely use Ultimate Transport 123 again. .
