They were very patient with me as I needed to change the pick up date. I was told the driver would be in contact with me but they weren't until I contacted them. They were very nice. I was a little disappointed with the miscommunication between the 2 people I was speaking with regarding the destination pick up. I would use this company again and suggest to a friend if needed a car transported cross country.
