Ultimate Transport provided the perfect service with the best communication. I was frantic because of a tight timeline. Another trucking company had let me down by changing price and attitude at the last minute. Ultimate contacted me with an offer, but more than that. They calmed me with such personal, professional, genuinely friendly communication. Even with a super tight deadline. I was kept informed about each step of the transport. Whew!! The price was great, the original quote stayed true (no surprise increases), the people involved were so open and honest. I really enjoyed the conversations!!! Not like a previous experience that was rather harsh. From booking to delivery the whole process could not have gone better. And my car was treated with such care. This experience reminded me what "trust" really means. And how important real communication is. I'm a truly grateful customer!!!
