I was impressed overall with the experience. Setting up the service was seamless, but the best part was the driver who came to pick up the vehicle. We had some issues getting the car positioned so that he could put it on his truck he was very helpful in figuring out the problems and made sure that the car was secure, and that we felt comfortable.
