I was a little nervous before booking with them after reading some of the reviews but, everything worked out well. Ultimate Transport 123 was always available whenever I had questions. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. The drivers were also great and super friendly. They never hesitated to answer my call or call back. I would say, read the fine print. They never disclosed that the driver has up to ten days to pick the car up after the original pick up date. I only found this out after I’ve already paid, and there are no refunds until after the 10 days. Thank goodness I didn’t have any problems or was on a time sensitive schedule.
