Was told 3 different days that my car was going to be picked up. When the first driver showed up to get the car he did not have a winch even though we made sure that they knew one was needed because the car was not operable. We had to give them information numerous times. We never could reach the original guy we set this all up with after the initial order was placed even though he gave us an extension to reach him. The females I spoke with were very rude and also hung up on when I asked to speak to the person we had dealt with originally. The tow company that did pick up the car were excellent and had nothing to do with this company other than taking the request for the pick up.
