Disorganized drivers and absolutely no communication between drivers and main office. I had to call several times in order to be informed that my vehicle was being delayed a day--which would have been fine had I not had to call customer service at 2 pm the scheduled delivery day for them to then try and "locate their driver." Driver that picked up my vehicle had no idea where the pickup location was, and instead I drove 10 minutes to meet him in the median of a busy highway. Delivery driver had no idea that I had already paid for the transport at pickup, and demanded I bring the money to delivery despite me having a receipt. He had to call and verify as he was not informed that payment was already collected.
