Confirmation of pick-up date and time was extremely frustrating and not confirmed until the day of promised pick-up. Ultimate Transport 123 must be more sensitive to the customer's travel plans. The customer is typically booking a flight at least two weeks in advance and must be able to confirm a pick-up date that is confirmed and works with their travel plans. As the broker getting paid $225, Ultimate Transport 123 must be able to add "value" for the customer by confirming a pick-up date and time. My recommendation is to provide a 4-hour window for the time on the day of pick-up. I would gladly pay the $225 to the broker for this service, if reliable. But it was not reliable, and I would try to avoid this cost in the future. Once pick-up was made, the delivery was perfect. Delivery by Border Cross Transport was on the promise date and my auto was delivered safely with no issues.
