My car arrived at my destination in good condition and in a timely manner. People and driver were very friendly. Would have rated a 5 star, but the communication of the exact pickup day and time wasn't communicated very well. When they told me the day of the pick up they never gave me a window of time. After half the day went by, I had to call to find out a window of time for pick up!! Other than that I was satisfied and would use their service again.
