From start to finish, my entire experience with this company was lousy. I wrote a review earlier about their sales practices. A price match promise was not followed through on and a pick-up date was missed. However according to my contract, I had to give them a fighting chance to pick my car up, 10 business days. Well 10 business days passed and my car was never picked up. On the 11th day I get a call from a manager who apologized for the delay and asked for one more day, adding that the company will not take a commission and that they just want to make sure my car is moved. Not an unreasonable request so I agree, 1 more day. The next day I get a call asking if I want to accept transport from a “driver that is waiting to pick my car up,” at the price of $800! $75 more than the original contract price! My response was simple, “No, not at that price.” The next day I call to outright cancel my contract. They tell me that they have already dispatched someone despite my telling them not to and that they will charge me $250 for cancelling- even after the expiration date of the contract!! After some back and forth I believe I wasn’t charged $250 but one thing for sure is that I’m taking my business elsewhere and trying to prevent anyone else from falling into the pit hole that I did.
