There's absolutely NOTHING "family" about this sham company. Consider myself lucky that auto arrived undamaged. The company (in Chicago) is a consolidateing service ONLY. Once they get your deposit, EVERYTHING goes to an answering service that can barely speak English. NOTHING was on time. No tracking. They have NO trucks or drivers of their own, they just "put the word out" to any/all haulers & who ever shows up?... gets your car. (when/if they arrive un-announced) Didn't pick-up from house as promised, didn't deliver to house as promised. Awful. Just awful.
