I had alot of trouble with communication with this service. The initial person that made contact with me and quoted the price was very diligent. Once I signed up with the contract she gave me the run around. I called several times to find out what the status of my pickup was. They would answer and put me on hold for long durations. I ended up hanging up and calling back ,but still no one was able to give me the information. This went on for several days then finally i did speak with someone who did help me. She answered my questions and that day she was able to find a transportation provider. I had to pay a little more to get the company to pick up and deliver but it had already been too long.
