Car was picked up a week after the date my representative promised on the phone. I would've gone with another company if I knew that was going to be the case as I planned it out with my friend's schedule who was shipping the car on my behalf. After I paid and got the contract, the contract said something like the car will be picked up within 10 business days of the window start date. So don't agree to it unless you're okay with that. I wasn't going to post a review but I kept getting emails from a rep offering to pay 50 dollars for positive reviews = Red flag. My car made it safely, but I will not be using the company again.
