They have the most polite and helpful customer service reps on the phone. Chevy was the rep I spoke with and she made my first transport experience delightful. I also liked she gave her direct extension so I can continue all inquiries with her, instead of a different rep everytime I call. Everything was explained on how the process works and I could track my vehicle while on the road to me?? To my surprise my vehicle came a day earlier then estimated and I was so happy. No hassle and no problems with my vehicle when it arrived. I would definitely use Transport 123 again and recommend to all the folks I know.
