They picked up the car at my Florida residence within the 2 hour window and delivered it to my Massachusetts residence with a twelve hour notice of the two hour window. Delivery took about 36 hours with no issues. The only issue was one of the employees on the Florida end had a dog barking in the background making for a very difficult conversation..
