Ultimate Transport 123 was easy to work with and delivered a Sprinter with a Super High Cab safely and on time. Rachel explained the details of the transport process and was readily available throughout the process. to answer questions and provide updates. When setting up the delivery I stressed that the van could not be picked up over a holiday weekend. Sure enough, the driver attempted to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday despite my intervention to remind them that no one would be available to hand off the vehicle. This was a bit worrisome, however, Ultimate Transport 123 rebounded well. They re-scheduled the job the next business day and I had the (over-sized) vehicle a day or two later. No heated phone calls required and no additional charges. Ultimate Transport 123's did cost a bit more that some of the other transportation services, but the way the transportation process was handled from start to finish , especially when a problem was encountered, was professional and worth the additional investment.
