Booked 15 days in advance, given a three day window for pick up. Which was missed and passed by nine days. I canceled but still receiving updates that they can’t find a driver for my vehicle. I found another company that picked it up the next day and the car is already where it supposed to be a week late thanks to ultimate transport 123.. Worst customer service ever,.Sales person should get an Oscar for the promises. I thought I was in good hands. Manager never calls back after repeated attempts and customer service makes up excuses for management! Don’t Use this company!
