I shipped my car Arizona to Florida. The sales person called me and told me there was a guaranteed pick up date for the 14th of the month. It did not end up getting picked up until the 18th. Upon arrival the driver had the wrong address and had to drive my car to my residence after it was unloaded from the truck.
All in all, my car did arrive without any damage caused. The review is 3/5 stars because some promises were broken but overall the end goal was achieved in a timely manner (car was delivered 3 days after pickup.)
