The actual booking/reservation process was easy. Afterwards, the communication was not satifactory on behald of the company " Auto Transport 123". I always had to call to get an update and everytime I did, I spoke with someone different. After being told I would be contacted BEFORE payment was taken, the complete opposite happened. I had called for an update on a Monday afternoon. I was told there was no more information to be given as they didn't have a driver. On Tuesday morning my was card was "trying" to be charged (thank God for fraud protection). I called immediately to find out what was going on. After being provided with the drivers information and insurance binder. I felt better and then allowed them to process payment. From that point forward everything was smooth. The driver was nice, reliable, professional and kept constant communication. Made me wonder should I have just went directly through them. Could have saved me the hassle of dealing with the company. A day after my car was delivered, the Company called for survey purposes, not necessarily to ensure delivery completion! All in all, I might use them again just because I'm familiar with them now, but if it's your first time using these services, this company will leave you feeling pretty anxious! I guess all that matters is I HAVE MY CAR, IN GOOD CONDITION. Thanks to David and Tammy of MorningStar Trucking out of Knoxville, Tenessee. If it wasn't for the actual drivers, I would probably give the company "Auto Transport 123" 2 stars. 1. Because booking was easy and cheaper than most companies I'd researched. 2. Someone did ALWAYS answer when I called.
