I was quoted by Ultimate Logistics a price for my car to be picked up the day before I was leaving town for good. I gave them a $200.00 deposit. The driver never came nor contacted me. Ultimate Logistics kept saying my car would be picked up and the driver would contact me. Then they said that his truck broke down and another driver the next morning would call, but it would cost 150.00 dollars more. As I panicked, I had to call another transporter-Dependable Auto Shipper who priced less and did an awesome. Ultimate Logistics is not refunding my deposit, only crediting me. I dont want anything to ever do with that company, so the credit is useless.
