I used Ultimate to transport a carfrom Tennessee to California in August of 2004 and they were satisfactory. After my recent move back to Tennessee from San Diego California I contracted with a cheaper company called Reliable Auto Movers and I was very dissatisfied with the results. RAM took my deposit and did nothing. After the 14 day waiting period of RAM's contract I called on Ultimate again and they came through big time. Within minutes of me calling them they had a carrier dispatched to pick up the car. It took a few more days for them to deliver my car but I was always able to speak to a courteous person. They gave me accurate information every time I spoke to them. I was happy to receive my car in good condition. It was dirty because it was an open carrier and that was to be expected. If I ever need to move a car again they will be the only carrier I will use. They cost more but they carry out their promise. Thanks for rescuing us from UnReliable Auto Movers Inc.
