I have mixed reviews about this company. At first everyone was very attentive and helpful. Sometimes I found the receptionist to be rude on one occasion when I wanted to know an estimate of the pickup time. Customers need to know when they should expect a pickup. I understand it's hard to estimate, but then in this case I would like the option to contact the driver. The price was low to transport a car. Their estimated drop off of 3 days was actually 9 days. The truck had problems so there was a delay. The dispatcher was very nice and very helpful. Thanks Deb for your attentiveness!
